Uptime reports

Monthly and custom-range uptime reports for every check on every plan, summary emails, and CSV/PDF downloads on Professional and Enterprise.

Status turns your monitoring data into numbers you can hand to a customer, a boss, or an SLA review — without you building a spreadsheet by hand.

Monthly reports

Every plan, Starter included, gets a monthly uptime report per check in the dashboard: availability percentage, incident counts, and response-time summaries for the month. A report is available as soon as its month completes, and you can switch to a past month from the Reports page — but only as far back as your plan's metric-history window allows: the most recently completed month on Starter and Professional, and up to about 3 months back on Enterprise. Exact numbers are on the pricing page.

The report for the month that just ended is also emailed to you, along with your summary emails: it goes out when summary emails are set to daily or weekly. With a monthly summary, the summary already covers the month, so on Starter no separate report email is sent; on Professional and Enterprise the report email still goes out, with the PDF attached. With summary emails turned off, nothing is emailed; the report is always in the dashboard.

Downloads

On Professional and Enterprise, any report can be downloaded as a CSV file (for a spreadsheet) or a PDF (to send to a customer). Starter shows the same figures in the dashboard, without the downloads.

Custom date ranges

Need a different window, such as a quarter or the days around a release? Pick a start and end date to get the same figures for that range. Dates are resolved in your account's time zone. A custom range is limited directly by your plan's raw data retention (there's no "always see last month" allowance here, unlike the monthly report above) — as short as 1 day on Starter, about a month on Professional, and about 3 months on Enterprise; exact numbers are on the pricing page. If the range starts before the oldest data your plan keeps, the report starts at the earliest available day and says so.

Summary emails

Under Settings choose how often Status emails an uptime summary: daily, weekly (Mondays), monthly (on the 1st), or off. Times follow your account's timezone, also set under Settings. Each team member chooses whether they receive it on the Team page. Summary emails are available on every plan. Daily and weekly summaries also bring the monthly report email described above.
